Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

***Please note that processing your order (packing and checking) is  different from  shipping process. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

***Please be noted that potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local delivery

Deliveries are made from 10 AM on WEEKDAYS. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. A tracking link will be available for you to check your order.
